Entry level: One enters the apartment via the garden courtyard. There is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a laundry and toilet off this space. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, microwave and has quality cookware. There is ample tableware and glassware. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. The living area has reverse cycle AC, a flat screen TV and a fine sound system. Bring your favorite CDs!
Lower level: Has two bedrooms (one queen, one double) with quality overhead fans adjustable from your bedside table. All linen, bed and bath, is Sheriden.
The bathroom has a bath/shower.
The apartment would suit professionals needing to be close to Sydney University, UTS or RPA Hospital and would provide a homely space for hospitality to colleagues. Equally it could suit those seeking a homely retreat in the heart of the city. It is not suitable for young children. Smoking is permitted only in the garden courtyard.
There are cafes, restaurants and a small shopping centre literally at the door. King Street, Newtown and Broadway, are only a short walk.
Security parking in the building can be arranged for a small additional charge.
